Terms and Conditions for Team Ownership in IFI Season 1

1.Eligibility

Only corporate entities, institutions, or eligible individuals with the financial capability to own an IFI team are permitted to apply for team ownership.
Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable details during registration.

2.Registration Process

Applicants must complete the registration form available on the official IFI website.
Successful registrants will receive exclusive updates and admin access for team-related activities.

3.Team Ownership

Team ownership is confirmed upon entering into a formal agreement with IFI and fulfilling the payment obligations.
Owners will hold exclusive rights to their respective teams, subject to adherence to IFIs rules and regulations.

4.Payment Terms

Applicants must complete the payment for team ownership within the time frame specified in the formal agreement.
Payments must be made through the designated payment methods on the IFI platform.

5.Exclusivity

Only five teams will be available for ownership in Season 1.
Once all teams are sold, no further team ownership opportunities will be offered for that season.

6.Use of Brand and Marketing

Team owners are granted the right to use the IFI brand and logo for team marketing, subject to prior approval from IFI.
All marketing activities must comply with IFIs branding guidelines and ethical standards.

7.Compliance and Responsibilities

Team owners must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including SEBI and other legal requirements.
Any misuse of the IFI brand or unethical practices will result in immediate termination of team ownership.

8.Disputes and Disqualifications

IFI reserves the right to disqualify any team owner who breaches the terms or engages in unethical or illegal conduct.
Any disputes arising from the ownership process will be resolved by IFI in accordance with applicable laws.

9.Transparency and Fairness

IFI commits to conducting the team ownership process transparently and fairly.
Any fraudulent or misleading actions will result in immediate disqualification.

10.Changes to Terms

IFI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
All changes will be communicated to registered team owners.

11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
