Welcome to www.indiasfutureinvestors.com, the official website and app for India's Future Investors (IFI) TV Show, owned and operated by Invest19 Technologies ("Invest19," "we," "our"). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the website or app.

1. Eligibility to Participate

1.1 Age Requirement:

  • Participation is open to individuals aged 18-60 years.

1.2 Residency & Nationality:

  • Open to Indian residents and foreign nationals. Foreign nationals must hold a valid passport and comply with Indian visa requirements to participate.

1.3 Identification Proof:

  • Indian participants: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport
  • Foreign participants: Passport and valid visa for India

1.4 Merchandise Requirement:

  • Purchase of official IFI merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies) is mandatory for participation in auditions and events.
  • This merchandise serves as a supporting contribution to the show and forms part of the participant experience.
  • No returns are allowed. Merchandise can only be exchanged in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect items received.

2. Ranking and Winner Selection

  • Winners will be determined based on judges evaluations and viewer votes.
  • All decisions made by judges and viewer votes are final and binding.
  • Invest19 Technologies, its partners, employees, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for the outcome of the selection process.

3. Purpose of the Show

  • The IFI TV Show is designed solely for educational and entertainment purposes.
  • The show aims to promote financial literacy and empower individuals with knowledge about investing.
  • No investment advice or recommendations will be provided.
  • Invest19 Technologies, its promoters, employees, and sponsors will not be responsible for any financial decisions or outcomes based on participation in the show.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Participants must not:
    • Seek or share investment tips or market advice during the show.
    • Trade real or virtual stocks or engage in any form of simulated trading based on information provided during the show.
    • Manage or attempt to manage investment portfolios during or in connection with the show.
    • Violate SEBI regulations or any other applicable laws.
    • Claim or demand any financial returns or profits based on their participation in the show.

5. Indemnification

  • By participating in the IFI TV Show, the Website, or the App, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invest19 Technologies, its partners, employees, sponsors, affiliates, and any third-party providers from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the Show, use of the Website or App, or any violation of these Terms.
  • Invest19 Technologies is not responsible for any loss of any kind, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use of the Website, App, or participation in the IFI Show.

6. Merchandise Policy

6.1 Purchase Requirement:

  • Purchase of official IFI merchandise is mandatory for participation.

6.2 Refund policy:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do have an exchange policy in case of damaged or defective merchandise.

6.3 Exchange Policy:

  • Merchandise can only be exchanged in cases of:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during delivery
  • Incorrect items received
  • No returns are allowed.

6.4 Exchange Process:

  • Customers must contact support within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To initiate an exchange, customers must provide:
  • Order details
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographic evidence of defect or damage

6.5 Replacement:

  • Verified issues will be addressed with a replacement, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, participants will receive equivalent merchandise.

7. Referral Policy

7.1 Eligibility:

  • Any IFI participant who has completed their profile is eligible to refer others.
  • The referral commission can only be withdrawn after purchasing an IFI merchandise item.

7.2 Referral Process:

  • Each participant will receive a unique referral code or link.
  • A referral is considered valid when the referred participant successfully registers and completes all mandatory steps.

7.3 Rewards:

  • Referrers may earn wallet credits or cash rewards.
  • Applicable TDS or other taxes will be deducted from cash rewards.
  • Cash rewards will be transferred directly to the referrer's bank account.

7.4 Refer and Earn Up to INR 10,00,000:

  • When a referred participant purchases their first IFI merchandise, the referrer is eligible to earn up to INR 100.
  • If a referred participant wins the IFI Season 1 Title, the referrer is entitled to receive a reward of up to INR 10,00,000.
  • The reward will be provided as a cash payout, subject to applicable taxes.
  • The prize will be disbursed only after the referred participant is officially declared the winner.

7.5 Referral Limits:

  • IFI reserves the right to set a limit on the number of referrals per participant or adjust the benefits at its sole discretion.

7.6 Fraudulent Activity:

  • Any fraudulent actions, such as fake accounts or self-referrals, will lead to immediate disqualification from the referral program.

7.7 Program Modifications:

  • IFI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

8. Participation Process

8.1 Registration:

  • Complete the registration form and submit age proof to access the IFI Dashboard.

8.2 Open Audition:

  • Submit a video about your investment journey and vision for wealth creation while wearing official IFI merchandise.
  • Share the video on social media and submit the post URL on the IFI Dashboard.

8.3 Virtual Audition:

  • Shortlisted participants will take an online quiz.
  • Multiple quiz attempts require reapplication fees.

8.4 Live Auditions:

  • Select an audition city from the website and attend the live auditions.

8.5 Main Show:

  • Contestants who pass auditions will face challenges related to investment theories and market analysis.

8.6 Final Round:

  • Top contestants compete in advanced tasks to be named one of India's Future Investors.

9. Wallet Policy

9.1 Wallet Usage:

  • Funds available in the wallet can be used for purchases on the Website.
  • Wallet balances are transferable and can be withdrawn as cash to a bank account.

9.2 Validity of Wallet Balance:

  • Wallet balances must be used within the specified validity period, if applicable.
  • Unused wallet funds after expiry will not be refunded or extended.
